Jayson has over 34 years of experience practicing law. Over the years, the attorney has worked with thousands of satisfied clients. He has handled approximately

Jayson is a member of the New York State Bar and the Bronx County Bar Association and is admitted to the Federal Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He has also been a small claims arbitrator for over 13 years.
The paralegal team
Three paralegals, Betty, Arisleyxy and Jalitza, assist Jayson. Additionally, legal interns and paralegal interns work at the office. A lawyer who handles worker’s compensation cases sees clients in the office weekly. He complements the services we offer with his expertise that is necessary in certain personal injury cases. Additionally, Jayson works closely with trial attorneys, each with at least 20 years of experience, when an accident case goes to trial. Together, they have obtained tens of millions of dollars for their clients.
Betty has worked with Jayson for more than 30 years and handles divorce cases. Jalitza handles bankruptcy and accident cases. She has been with Jayson Lutzky, P.C. for over sixyears.
