  Kristine Tucker, Esq. practices in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration. Kristine pairs legal prowess with compassion for clients seeking guidance during the most difficult times of their lives. Kristine received a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2011 and graduated from Florida A & M University (FAMU) College of Law in 2014. She gained valuable experience working as a probate and estates paralegal for almost a decade before becoming an attorney. Kristine was an active member of her class, assuming leadership roles in many student groups: the Student Bar Association, Student ACLU Chapter (Founding President), Stonewall Chapter (Vice President), and Law Students for Reproductive Justice (Vice President). Kristine was awarded the Black Law Students Association Spirit of Service Award in 2015 and was nominated for the FAMU College of Law Alumni Rising Star Award in 2016. She remains active in the legal community with a demonstrated commitment to fundamental human rights. Kristine has served in leadership roles with the Central Florida Gay and Lesbian Legal Association (“CFGALLA”) and co-chaired the Orange County Bar Association Elder Law Committee (2017-2018). Her article “Preserving Social Security and Medicaid Benefits with an ABLE Account” was published in 2018. Kristine frequently presents continuing education seminars on estate and probate laws, ABLE accounts, and diversity. Kristine is an active member of the Real Property, Probate & Trusts Law Section of the Florida Bar (“RPPTL”) and has held a position on the Executive Council as a Ninth Circuit At Large Member (“ALM”) since June of 2017. She was honored to be appointed Assistant Lead At Large Member in 2020. In addition to equal rights and civil liberties, Kristine cares deeply about mentorship. She devotes countless hours to helping tomorrow’s lawyers at both FAMU and Barry Law School. She is Vice Chair of RPPTL’s Law School Mentoring Committee and serves on the Scholarship Committee for the Central Florida Real Estate Attorneys’ Council.
